At TLC  the health and safety of our customers, team and community is our main priority at any point in time.  We are committed to operating The Luxury Closet as usual. While our team is largely working from home, those at the warehouse have been split into smaller teams to minimize the number of staff present at the premises at any given time. 

We are following guidelines set by the World Health Organisation (WHO), and local Health Authorities at our premises. We have taken the following measures: 

• Our facilities are cleaned  with the recommended sanitizing products.
• The cleaning and sanitizing is being carried out every hour.
• The provision of hand sanitizers has been facilitated  throughout the warehouse for employees, who are working while wearing masks and gloves. 

Be assured that your packages are prepared in a completely safe and sanitized environment.
